A while ago… last month actually (hard to believe!) there was a bridal show, and I was so very lucky to have had the chance amongst the hundreds of brides there to meet with Katherine. I feel like we instantly clicked- it was so much fun talking to her, I packed up and left from the show hoping I would have the chance to speak to her again. Well well well… sure enough I did hear from Katherine again, with news that they had decided to book me for their wedding this October.
Now, it was time to get down to business and get those engagement photos done!
We decided to do them, oh I dunno, I think it was a Sunday at the beautiful Anderson Point Park in Raleigh (almost Knightdale!) Katherine and Jared are getting married there, and it was just lovely to be able to shoot these casual photos of them together. Sometimes, I feel like a wedding is a chance for me to fall in love again- with my clients, and it’s so true. I’m smitten with these two, how confident they were in front of the camera, and how game they were for trying a couple new ideas for the photos. I’m very much looking forward to seeing you both again soon, and for your wedding in October!
